Abstract

Le module photovoltaïque comporte des plaques avant et arrière (3). Un joint de scellement (4) organique est disposé entre les plaques et délimite un volume intérieur étanche (5), maintenu à une pression inférieure à la pression atmosphérique. La dépression est formée par aspiration après scellement du module. L'aspiration peut être réalisée par l'intermédiaire d'une seringue (6) traversant le joint organique (4). Le procédé peut comporter une alternance d'étapes d'aspiration et d'étapes de remplissage avec au moins un gaz neutre de l'intérieur du volume intérieur étanche, avant une étape finale d'aspiration.L'alternance d'étapes d'aspiration et d'étapes de remplissage peut être interrompue lorsque le taux de gaz oxydants dans les gaz aspirés est inférieur à une valeur de seuil prédéterminée.
