Abstract
L'invention concerne un substrat notamment verrier, revêtu d'au moins une couche mince diélectrique, déposée par pulvérisation cathodique, notamment assistée par champ magnétique et de préférence réactive en présence d'oxygène et/ou d'azote, avec exposition à un faisceau d'ions, caractérisé en ce que la couche diélectrique exposée au faisceau d'ions a un indice de réfraction susceptible d'être ajusté suivant les paramètres de dépôt.
