Abstract

A method of decorating a transparent or translucent flask in glass or plastic material, intended for cosmetic use to contain a liquid or a perfume or similar in which the decoration is in the inside of the flask. A layer of lacquer is created on the inner surface of the flask by spraying a mist of liquid or powder from a nozzle introduced into the flask with simultaneous aspiration to create reduced pressure. The flask is preferably pre-heated and cooled after coating and drying of the coat. A first color is applied and areas of it are removed and a second color is applied, which is visible through the areas where the first color has been removed. A third color may be applied and made visible by removing areas covered with the first two colors. An independent claim is included for a perfume flask with an interior decoration produced by the claimed method.
