Abstract

A diffuser comprising an injection-moulded transparent and hypoallergenic plastic clip in a raindrop shape, tapering towards its tip, where it has two foam pads on its outer surfaces, is new. The clip is designed to be inserted into the nostrils and be held against opposite sides of the septum (8). The upper ends of the clip, which are thinner than the base, have a small gap between them to facilitate fitting. The foam pads are impregnated with a liquid or lotion. The dimensions of the clip are e.g. 21 mm long by 9 mm wide for adults and 18 mm long by 8 mm wide for children.
