Receptacle in particular for a shower, more particularly suitable for personnel with reduced mobility, comprising a bottom (12) and one or more side wall (s) (14) in which one or more door (16) is provided, characterized in that the door (16) comprises a substantially horizontal pivot axis (18) arranged at the bottom, so that the door can occupy two extreme positions, a first vertical position   and a second position inclined so as to constitute an access ramp.   2. Receptacle according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises an actuator (20) for pivoting the door (16), advantageously under the   in the form of a hydraulic cylinder, preferably a water cylinder.   3. Receptacle according to claim 2, characterized in that it comprises   means (22) for controlling the actuator (20).   4. Receptacle according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the edges of the side walls (14) adjoining the door (16) and the edges of the door (16) adjoining the side walls (14) have forms combined so as to obtain baffles in order to limit projections of water outside the receptacle.
