  FOR PROVIDING CONTENT SUCH AS A BOTTLE OF COSETIC PRODUCTS

  The invention relates to a cardboard blank intended for the production of a presentation box for such content.

  than a bottle of cosmetic product.

  It also relates to a box produced by folding and gluing such a blank, the corresponding method

  and finally, the box and content package.

  Cardboard boxes are already known comprising inside means for wedging a content such as

cosmetic product bottle.

  However, the known boxes generally have a series of drawbacks: - their mounting is not or difficult to mechanize, the wedging means are unsightly or are

of limited effectiveness.

  The invention therefore aims to overcome these drawbacks.

  To this end, it offers a cardboard blank of the aforementioned type, comprising several panels associated one after the other by fold lines of panels,

  intended to form the side walls of the box.

  According to the invention, the blank also comprises at least one pair of generally similar flaps, adjoining, respectively, with two edges on the same side of

  two side panels with two fold lines for shutters.

  Each component comprises a series of panels associated one after the other by lines of

  folding extending parallel to the folding lines of shutters, namely in particular a base panel, a raising panel, a support panel, a first fixing panel adjoining the support panel and a second fixing panel, the shutters further comprising cutouts of

  content positioning and blocking.

  According to a first embodiment, the blank has two flaps each comprising a base panel, an extension panel, a support panel, comprising two parts, the first adjoining the enhancement panel and the second adjoining the first and placed between two centering panels placed on either side, a first fixing panel adjoining the second part and having a free opposite edge, two blocking panels adjoining the two centering panels and a second fixing panel adjoining the two panels blocking, the centering and blocking panels comprising, towards the middle part of the flap, positioning cutouts and

content blocking.

  According to a second embodiment, the blank comprises two pairs of wedging and locking flaps respectively adjoining the edges of the opposite sides of the

side panels.

  More particularly, two flaps of two pairs of flaps adjoin the edges of the opposite sides of a

same side panel.

  Each wedging flap comprises a base panel, an extension panel, a support panel comprising two parts, the first adjoining and placed in part substantially in the center of the extension panel and the second

  substantially in the center of the raising panel and the second adjoining the first and placed between two centering panels placed on either side, a first fixing panel adjoining the support panel and also placed between the two centering panels, and a second fixing panel adjoining the two centering panels and the first fixing panel, each wedging flap further comprising positioning and blocking cutouts. Each blocking flap comprises a base panel, a raising panel, a support panel comprising a first notch in which a blocking tab is formed adjoining the raising panel, a first fixing panel projecting into a second notch formed in the support panel and a second fixing panel adjoining the first and the support panel, each blocking flap further comprising

  positioning and blocking cutouts.

  By folding and gluing such a blank, the invention allows the production of a box such that, in the first embodiment, the two base panels, the two support panels and the blocking panels are respectively substantially coplanar, the two raising panels, the centering panels, the first and the second fixing panels are also mutually parallel and perpendicular to the plane defined by the

base, support and blocking.

  The two riser panels are spaced from each other by a free space, the two free edges of the two projections of the support panels are tangent or spaced apart

on the other, without overlap.

  The first and second fixing panels are integral one with overlap on the other, the internal face of the first panel against the internal face of the second, and the second panel being integral, by its external face to the

  inner side of the adjoining side panel.

  According to the second embodiment, the box is such that the two base panels, the two support panels of each pair of flaps and the two centering panels of the wedging flaps are respectively substantially coplanar, and are parallel to each other, the two riser panels, the first and second fixing panels of the two pairs of flaps are also parallel to each other and perpendicular to the planes defined by the base panels, the support panels and the centering panels, the riser panels of the wedging flaps are placed side by side, the raising panels are spaced from one another by a free space, and the two fixing panels of each flap are integral by their internal face with the internal face of the adjoining side panel. This configuration, whatever the embodiment, thus allows the possibility of easily printing, on the external face of the shutters, graphics, such as logos for example, or particular colors, so that they can be seen. inside the box. It is indeed often difficult to achieve

  prints on the inside of a box.

  The invention also relates to a box and content assembly, the content being maintained in position, according to the first embodiment, on one side, on the support panels.

for centering and blocking the blank.

  According to the second embodiment, the content is maintained in position on both sides, namely in its lower part by the support panels and the cutouts of the centering and raising panels of the wedging flaps on the one hand, and in its upper part by the supporting panels and the cutouts of the supporting and raising panels

blocking flaps on the other hand.

  This gives excellent retention of the content, the latter being both blocked in rotation and in translation. In addition, due to this configuration, the content does not touch any wall of the box. It is thus better protected against attacks that may occur on one of the walls

  of the box during its transport for example.

  To ensure better maintenance in position of the content, the latter has a contoured shape corresponding to that of the cutouts of the different panels of each component. The content also has at least part of its cut outer edge which is intended to be inserted in the cutouts of the blocking panels, according to the first mode, or to be blocked by the blocking tabs according to the second mode, in order to '' avoid content rotation. The invention finally relates to a method of mounting a box according to the invention in which, from a flat blank according to the first embodiment,

  - the two fixing panels are glued to one another; - The second fixing panel is glued to the adjoining side panel, at a height substantially equal to that of the raising panel; - the flap is folded and conformed;

- we close the bottom of the box.

  The box is then ready to receive such content

as previously described.

  From the blank of the second embodiment, the method of mounting the box comprises the following steps: - the two fixing panels of the flaps of each pair are glued to the side panel which is attached to them, at a height substantially equal to that of the raising panel; - the wedging flaps are folded and conformed towards the inside of the box; - the bottom of the box is closed; the blocking flaps are then able to be

  folded and shaped after the introduction of the contents.

  Figure 1 is a schematic plan view of a

  The blank 1 shown is made of cardboard having a certain rigidity. It is provided with fold lines allowing, by its volume, the

constitution of the box.

  The blank 1 as shown in Figure 1

is flat or flat.

  After setting in volume and joining, the blank 1 allows the constitution of a box 2 intended to receive a content 3 such as a bottle of perfume, eau de toilette or

  Box 2, in the embodiment shown in Figure 3, has a general cubic shape in relation

with the shape of the blank 1.

  It is understood that in another embodiment, the box 2 can have a general shape

  different, of the prismatic type with polygonal base.

  The blank 1 comprises first of all four panels

  The panels 4, 5, 6, 7 are each shaped

  substantially square, box 2 being cubic.

  The panels 4, 5, 6, 7 are placed one at a time

  continuation and in the continuation of the others.

  The panel 4 and the panel 5 are associated with one another by one of their common edges forming a grooved line of

folding 8.

  The same is true for panels 5 and 6 and the fold line 9, as well as panels 6 and 7 and the

fold line 10.

  On its edge 11 parallel and opposite to the fold line 8, forming a grooved fold line, the panel 4 has an extension forming an attachment tab 12. This tab 12 is intended to be secured to the panel 7 to

  The fold lines 8, 9, 10 and 11 are

  substantially parallel to each other.

  The edge 13 of the panel 7 opposite and parallel to the

fold line 10 is free.

  The four panels 4, 5, 6, 7 thus defined form a generally rectangular assembly comprising first and second longitudinal edges 14, 15, respectively, extending substantially perpendicularly

  fold lines 8, 9, 10 and 11.

  From the longitudinal edge 14, forming a grooved fold line, extend transversely on the one hand, a flap 16 in line with the panel 5 and on the other hand, two flaps 17 and 18 for wedging and blocking, respectively at

right of panels 4 and 6.

  The edge 14 to the right of the panel 7 is free.

  The invention also relates to the sides of a box 2 having for example a general shape

pyramidal.

  In this case, the fold lines 8, 9, 10, 11 would not be exactly parallel to each other but

  slightly inclined with respect to each other.

  In the same way, the edges 14, 15 would not be straight, each from one end to the other but made up of a succession of straight sections

  slightly inclined each on the adjacent one.

  Part 16 first has a main part

  It then comprises a part in the form of a flap adjoining the part 19 by a grooved fold line. The flap 16 thus defined alone forms a bottom

for box 2.

  The two flaps 17, 18 are placed on either side of the flap 16. Each of them is formed by a series of

  panels, as described below.

  These two components 17, 18 and the constituent panels, once placed in volume in the box 2, form means for wedging the content 3, integrated into the

box 2.

  From the longitudinal edge 15 forming a grooved fold line, extends transversely one or more flaps intended to form a cover for the

box 2.

  In this case, there is first provided a flap 21 adjoining the panel 7, having a structure similar to that of the flap 16, that is to say with a part

  main 22 and a flap-shaped part 23.

  Secondly, two panels 24 are provided,

  adjoining panels 4 and 6 respectively.

  These two panels 24, 25 are intended, in the box 2 to come inside and to the right of the flap 21, and more particularly of its part 22, while promoting

maintaining the flap 23.

  The edge 15 to the right of the panel 5 is free.

  The two flaps 17, 18 are, in general, similar to each other while being arranged symmetrically with respect to each other with respect to a center line D of the panel 5 and flap 16, extending parallel to fold lines 8, 9 and

  perpendicular to the edges 14, 15.

  Consequently, it will be sufficient to describe only one of the flaps 17, 18 for example of the flap 17 -, the structure

  flap 18 deducing therefrom by symmetry.

  The flap 17 has a generally rectangular external shape, being limited by two small sides parallel to each other, namely the edge 14 forming a grooved fold line and a free edge 26, and two large rectilinear sides 27 and 28 respectively corresponding to the lines of folding 8 and 11 with which they are parallel, adjacent and substantially in extension. More specifically, there is provided, in the embodiment considered, a small offset between the sides 27, 28 and the fold lines 8 and 11, the sides 27, 28 being closer to each other than are the fold lines 8 and 11. For this purpose, the sides 27, 28 are slightly offset towards the inside of the flap 17. They are connected to the respective fold lines 8, 11 by small recesses 29, 30 inclined relative to the lines 8, 11

and sides 27, 28.

  The recesses 29, 30 and the small offsets of the sides 27, 28 have the function of facilitating the

  folding of the flap 17 and its volume avoiding that the flap does not undesirably interfere with the walls

  side of the box formed by the panels 4, 5, 6, 7.

  The recess 29 is adjacent to the grooved line

folding 14.

  The recess 30 is slightly removed from it. This recess 30, in the box 2 formed, happens to be

opposite panel 5.

  Consequently, the spacing of the recess 30 has the function of ensuring effective retention of the flap 20 of the flap 16, and this without preventing the mechanization of the mounting of the

part 17.

  The flap 17 comprises a series of panels associated one after the other by grooved fold lines extending parallel to the line 14 and to the small

side 26.

  These panels are, from line 14 and up to the short side 26: a base panel 31, a raising panel 32, a support panel 33, a double centering panel 34a, 34b, a double panel of blocking 35a, 35b, a first fixing panel 36 and a second fixing panel

fixing 37.

  The base panel 31 includes the recesses

29, 30 previously mentioned.

  It is limited, opposite the fold line 14, by a grooved fold line 38 separating it from the panel

extension 32.

  The raising panel 32 is limited by the grooved fold line 38 and a grooved fold line 39 the

separating from the support panel 33.

  On the raising panel 32 is formed, in its middle part, a notch 40 in a general U shape, adjoining the fold line 39, by its two wings, one being parallel to the fold line 39. The line of

  folding 39 is therefore interrupted in the notch 40.

  The support panel 33 comprises two parts, 41 and 42 respectively. These two parts 41, 42 are contiguous to each other without fold lines between them. They are distinct from one another,

  essentially by their form and function.

  The first part 41 is adjacent to the raising panel 32 and therefore to the fold line 39. It extends between the two longitudinal edges 27, 28 of the flap 17 of the

  same as panels 31, 32 and 37.

  The second part 42 is adjacent to the first part 41 in its median zone and opposite the line of

folding 39.

  The second part 42 is limited, on either side by two free longitudinal edges 43a and 43b respectively rectilinear extending parallel to the large

sides 27, 28.

  The second part 42 is also limited, opposite the first part 41 by a grooved line of

  folding 44 separating it from the first fixing panel 36.

  Furthermore, the first part 41 is limited, opposite the grooved fold line 39 by a grooved fold line in two sections 45a, 45b placed on either side of the second part 42. These two sections fold lines 45a, 45b delimit the support panel 33 and more particularly its first part 41 - and the double centering panel 34a,

34b, respectively.

  At the point where the fold line 39 is interrupted, as has been mentioned, the first part 41 of the support panel 33 includes a projection,

median, 46.

  This projection 46 comes to cooperate with the notch, while being housed there. The projection 46 occupies all or

  only part of notch 40.

  The support panel 33 therefore has, in elevation, a

  general shape of T having a projection 46.

  The first fixing panel 36 is attached to the second part 42 of the support panel 33. It is limited, on both sides, by the free edges 43a, 42b. Opposite the fold line 44, the first fastening panel 36

is limited by a free edge 47.

  The two centering panels 34a, 34b are placed on either side for part of the second part 42 of the support panel 33 and, in part, for the part of the first

  fixing panel 36 adjacent to the support panel 33.

  Each of the centering panels 34a, 34b is firstly limited on the one hand by the fold line sections 45a, 45b and, on the other hand, on the other hand, by two fold line sections 48a, 48b arranged opposite, placed between the centering panels 34a, 34b and the

  blocking panels 35a, 35b respectively.

  Each of the centering panels 34a, 34b is limited in the second place, on the one hand by the corresponding longitudinal free edge 27, 28 and, on the other hand, on the other hand, by a first free cutout 49a, 49b having a direction general longitudinal corresponding to that of the edges 27, 28. The first cutouts 49a, 49b of the centering panels 34a, 34b are spaced from the free edges 43a, 43b opposite the second part 42 of the support panel 33, leaving between them two free spaces 50a, 50b respectively. The fold line sections 48a, 48b are

  located to the right of the first fixing panel 36.

  The two blocking panels 35a, 35b are positioned as an extension of the two centering panels

34a, 34b.

  The two blocking panels 35a, 35b are thus placed on either side of the first fixing panel

36.

  Each of the blocking panels 35a, 35b is limited, firstly by the fold line sections 48a, 48b and, on the other hand, by two

  sections of fold line 51a, 51b, arranged opposite, placed between the blocking panels 35a, 35b and the second

fixing panel 37.

  Each of the locking panels 35a, 35b is limited, secondly, on the one hand by the corresponding longitudinal free edge 27, 28 and, on the other hand, on the other hand, by a

  The second cutouts 52a, 52b come in

  As for the first cutouts 49a, 49b, the second cutouts 52a, 52b of the blocking panels 35a, 35b are spaced from the free edges 43a, 43b opposite the first fixing panel 36, forming between them the

  These free spaces 50a, 50b thus partially limited by the cutouts 49a, 49b, 52a, 52b facilitate the

  The cuts 49a, 49b, 52a, 52b participate in the

  positioning and blocking of content 3.

  The cutouts 49a, 52a on the one hand, 49b, 52b on the other hand respectively have a general profile of the same type, adapted to the shape of the content 3 to ensure the functions

positioning and blocking.

  Furthermore, the cutouts 49a, 49b on the one hand, 52a, 52b on the other hand respectively have a general profile

of the same type.

  In the embodiment shown the pairs of cuts 49a, 52a, on the one hand, 49b, 52b on the other hand each form a kind of V-shaped notch provided from the ends 53a, 54a, 53b, 54b respectively of its branches 55a , 56a, 55b, 56b respectively, of two wings 57a, 58a, 57b, 58b directed towards the outside of the V. The two V thus defined have points 59a, 59b respectively. The tip 59a is located on the section of fold line 48a. The tip 59b is located near but away from the fold line section 48b,

on the centering panel 34b.

  The two Vs are turned towards each other and towards the median axis of the flap 17. Consequently, the tip 59a is closer to the corresponding longitudinal edge 27 than the ends 53a, 54a. And the same for tip 59b

  The two end sections are arranged substantially parallel to each other, but offset from each other. They are inclined relative to the section

  relative to each other, the first 44 being closer than the second 48a, 48b to the fold line 39 of the

extension panel 32.

  We observe that the free edges 47 and 61 are

  A second embodiment of the blank according to the invention will now be described, in relation to FIGS. 4 to

6.

  The blank 1a, represented in FIG. 4, is generally substantially similar to the blank 1 of FIG. 1, in particular as regards the number, the size and the arrangement of the side panels 4, 5, 6, 7, as well as the arrangement and the shape of the bottom closing flaps 16

and from the top 21.

* Thus the box 2a produced from the blank has a general shape substantially identical to that

  of the box 2 produced from the blank 1 of FIG. 1.

  The blank 1a, however, comprises two pairs of flaps, respectively for wedging 17a, 18a and for blocking

17b, 18b.

  The wedging flaps 17a, 18a are respectively adjacent to the edges 14 on the same side of the side panels 4, 6 of the blank 1a, as for the flaps 17, 18 of the

blank 1.

  The locking flaps 17b, 18b are, in the embodiment shown, adjoining the same respectively

  panels 4, 6 but on the side opposite to the wedging flaps 17a,

  18a, namely on the side of the closing flap of the apex 21.

  Where appropriate, the locking flaps 17b, 18b are adjacent to the panels 5 and 7, that is to say to the panels

  Once set in volume in the box 2a, the wedging flaps 17a, 18a allow the wedging of the lower part of the content 3 and the blocking flaps 17b, 18b

  allow blocking of the upper part of the content 3.

  The flaps of each pair, 17a, 18a and 17b, 18b, are generally similar to each other and arranged symmetrically one, 17a, 17b, with respect to the other, 18a, 18b, with respect to a center line D ′ of panels 5 and flap 16 extending parallel to the lines

  folding 8, 9 and perpendicular to the edges 14, 15. Consequently, only the flaps 17a, 17b will be described, the structure of the

  flaps 18a, 18b deducing therefrom by symmetry. The wedging flap 17a has a general external shape substantially identical to that of the flap 17 but a substantially greater length (the length being

  counted parallel to line D ').

  It also includes recesses 29, 30

similar to those in section 17.

  Like the flap 17, the flap 17a comprises a series of panels starting from the fold line 14 and

  to the short side 26 (figure 5).

  These panels are: a base panel 31a, a raising panel 32a, a support panel 33a, two centering panels 34c, 34d, a first fixing panel 36a and a second fixing panel 37a. The base panel 31a is substantially identical to the base panel 31 of the flap 17 and arranged in the same way. It has a length of around half

  that of the bottom closing flap 16.

  The raising panel 32a is attached on the one hand to the base panel 31a by a fold line 38a parallel to the line 14, and on the other hand, in part, to the two centering panels 34c, 34d by two sections of line , respectively 45c, 45d, substantially aligned, parallel to line 14 and adjacent respectively to

longitudinal edges 27, 28.

  The support panel 33a has two parts 41a, 42a adjoining one another without a fold line between them. The first part 41a is adjacent to the raising panel 32a by a fold line 39a which is parallel to the line 14 and located on a central part of the panel 32a more closely to the line 38a than the lines 45c, 45d. The second part 42a is adjacent to the first 41a and placed between the two centering panels

34c, 34d.

  As for the first fixing panel 36a, it is attached on the one hand to the second part 42a of the support panel 33a by a line 44a and is also located between

  the two centering panels 34c, 34d.

  On the other hand, the first fixing panel 36a is adjoining the second fixing panel 37a itself adjoining the two centering panels 34c, 34d by two lines 51c, 51d parallel to the line 14 and located at the same level as the junction between the two fixing panels

  Line 39a separating the raising panel 32a from the support panel 33a and lines 45c, 45d separating the raising panel 32a from the centering panels 34c, 34d are connected by curved cutouts 52c, 52d, to

facilitate folding of the panels.

  Preferably, the cutouts 52c and 52d have a substantially identical profile with a concavity facing

these free spaces 68a, 68b.

  In addition, the cutouts 49c and 49d, which extend from the cutouts 52c and 52d, have a profile

The first section 55c, 55d extends over substantially the entire length of the second part 42a of the support panel 33a and has a concavity profile facing the free spaces 68a, 68b (length counted in the direction D '). The second section 57c, 57d which is rectilinearly extends substantially over the entire length of the first fixing panel 36a and is

  substantially parallel to the edges 27, 28.

  The shape of the support panel 33a is substantially consistent with that determined by the cutouts 52c, 52d and

49c, 49d.

  In the present case, the longitudinal edges 43c, 43d delimiting this panel 33a are produced from several rectilinear sections following the same

  directions than those of cutouts 52c, 52d, 49c, 49d.

  The flap 17b also includes a series of panels associated with each other, starting from the line

  folding 15 and to the short side 26.

  These panels are: a base panel 3lb, a raising panel 32b, a support panel 33b, a first fixing panel 36b and a second fixing panel 37b. The word enhancement in the expression "enhancement panel" is used by analogy with the enhancement panel previously described in connection with the flaps 17a, 18a.   The two walls 63, 64 are connected to each other

by a projecting outer edge 65.

  The content 3, shown in the drawing, has at the place of its projecting edge 65, a cutaway 67 on

  about a quarter of its periphery.

  In the first embodiment considered, the bottom 62 of the content 3 is intended to rest on the projections 46 and the adjoining areas of the first part 41 of the panel

support 33.

  Thanks to the raising panel 32, the bottom 62 is placed in height, therefore spaced apart, relative to the part 19

  The upper side wall 64 is therefore clearly visible, above the panels 35a, 35b of the two flaps

  It is observed that not only the bottom 62, but also the side walls 63 and 64 and the projecting edge 65 of the content 3 are separated from the corresponding panels of the

box 2.

  This helps protect content 3 from

  the shocks, the content 3 being kept wedged and suspended.

its axis slightly inclined.

  Then the content 3 is brought back to its desired axial position by passing the projecting edge 65 and the pan

  In the second embodiment, the bottom 62 of the content 3 is intended to rest in particular on at least part of the support panels 33a of the wedging flaps 17a, 18a and on the cutouts 52c, 52d of the enhancement panels 32a. Thus, the bottom wall 63 of the content 3 is centered by the cutouts 49c and 49d and wedged by the cutouts 52c, 52d, these cutouts 49c, 49d, 52c, 52d having a profiled shape corresponding substantially to that of the

bottom wall 63.

  As for the first embodiment, the background

  62 is therefore excluded from part 19 of part 16.
