Abstract
Il s'agit d'un dispositif de maintien 1 d'une ossature composé d'un conteneur 2 taillable, déformable, reprenant sa forme initiale, et possédant un trou d'injection 21, ce premier moyen est combiné avec un étais 3 qui permet grâce à deux goupilles 31 et 34 de centrer le conteneur lors de sa mise en place entre deux vertèbres. Ce dispositif 1 est parfaitement adapté dans le cas des ablations d'os provenant des métastases, il permet après sa mise en place, l'injection d'un produit de maintien et de comblement, sans risque d'épandage dangereux dans le corps humain, une très bonne tenue mécanique est obtenue.
