Abstract
Dispositif pour améliorer la circulation naturelle et équilibrée sur 360 degre d'un fluide caloporteur à l'intérieur d'un chauffe-eau ou d'une chaudière électriques. L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de maîtriser la circulation d'un fluide caloporteur pour ainsi améliorer le rendement de l'appareil et réduire le coût d'exploitation. Ce dispositif est constitué d'un réservoir (1) présentant en son centre une cheminée centrale (7) dans laquelle est logée à sa partie basse la source électrique de chaleur (8). En sa partie haute un disque obturateur (3) réduit la section de passage du fluide caloporteur pour en augmenter la vitesse et améliorer le rendement non sans avoir réparti uniformément le flux sur 360 degre. Cette circulation du fluide caloporteur est elle-même guidée par un déflecteur (2) qui oblige le fluide à suivre naturellement le sens des flèches portées sur les FIG. 1, 3, 5 dans l'espace (4). Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à la production d'eau chaude sanitaire et de chauffage central dans les installations domestiques et industrielles.Device for improving the natural and balanced 360-degree circulation of a heat transfer fluid within an electric water heater or boiler.
