Abstract

VERMURAL, a French opening system on sliding window The invention relates to a new French opening system on sliding windows, thus making it possible for occupants of apartment buildings to clean the exterior windows from the inside, in complete safety. This system consists of sliding openings with 1 to 6 leaves pivoting on a stainless steel axis, an operation which must be carried out with a square wrench whose objective is to allow easy cleaning of the exterior face of the window. The system according to the invention is particularly intended for opening towards the interior of apartments in apartment buildings to facilitate the maintenance work, in complete safety, for tenants.

Description

The present invention relates to a sliding aluminum joinery with a French opening incorporated from 1 to 6 leaves whose system allows the opening of the glass panels inside (French opening). They are intended for the development of collective buildings which distinguishes them in particular, it is to keep sliding.

This particularity gives the windows in question many of their justifications, namely that they combine all the qualities of which the conventional solutions (sliding windows are only partially provided) while not having any of the drawbacks of the latter (difficulties of access to cleaning the exterior windows).

Finally, the sliding windows with French opening escape a major obiection compared to the usual sliding windows, namely that the user can proceed to the cleaning of the panes in full safety (from the inside).

For their opening, the sliding windows according to the invention are provided with a bi-rail or tri-rail frame assembly equipped with a frame sliding horizontally on rails arranged on the frame, and on which i are assembled with 6 pivoting opening elements.

With the pivoting movement of the VERMURAL, access to the outer walls of the leaves is allowed in order to clean them.

Opening modes
The configuration of the window frame, the semi-fixed sliding elements, as well as the hinged flaps assembled on the semi-fixed elements give these windows intended for collective buildings their operating characteristics in that they allow two distinct modes of opening: sliding and French-style to give access to the outer faces of the leaves and thus allow their cleaning from the inside.

Sliding horizontally on the guide rails, on either side of the horizontal axis of the bay, and over a distance corresponding to approximately half their length, the carriage releases in turn nearly half of the opening from the window.

The square wrench allows the opening of these leaves inwards, thus allowing easy cleaning of the external face.

Operation
