Abstract
Description

Une prothèse humérale comporte principalement une tige d'ancrage ayant un corps allongé pénétrant dans le canal huméral pour s'y ancrer, la tête humérale ayant été préalablement réséquée. Cette tige d'ancrage possède une extrémité en saillie de l'humérus, à laquelle est raccordée une tête hémisphérique se substituant à la tête humérale naturelle.
