Abstract

The display panel (S) comprises two outwardly bowed panel sections (100a,100b) standing upright in order to be carried as a tall bill-board by a man (P). the back panel extends from a point approximately level with the man's knees to a point well above his head, and may be used over its full height to carry an advertisement. The front panel is shorter, and only the top section (120) can be used for a smaller sized advertisement panel. Within the space between the panels there is a harness (200) by which the weight of the structure can be supported on the carrying man's shoulders. More attention may be attracted to the advertising panel by the addition of flashing lights to the structure.

Claims

1. Support for advertising posters of the portable type on a man's back,

CHARACTERIZED BY THE FACT that it consists of a panel (100) with rounded corners, the rear face of which is used over its entire height as an exhibition area for a large format poster and the front face of which is used on its lower height like a harness (200) allowing the carrying of said support (S) by the wearer (P) and on its upper height visible above the latter, as an exhibition area for a small poster.

2. Poster support according to claim 1, CHARACTERIZED BY THE FACT

THAT the above-mentioned panel (100) consists of a hollow ellipsoidal frame formed by two frames (100a and 100b) attached, the ventral frame (l00a) located in front of the wearer (P) being at least a height equal to the height of small format posters and the back frame (100b) located at the back in the back of the same carrier being of a height at least equal to the height of large format posters.

3. Poster support according to claims 1 and 2, CHARACTERIZED BY THE

FACT THAT the two ventral (100a) and dorsal (100b) frames are each provided on the front face and on the rear face respectively, of a window (1 10a and 1 lOb) with the dimensions of the small and large format posters in which the above posters are maintained.

4. Poster support according to claims 1, 2 and 3, CHARACTERIZED BY THE

FACT THAT each of the above posters is kept inside the window (1 lOa or 11Ob) of one of the two ventral (1 lOa) or dorsal (1 lOb) frames, between two rigid plates (120), one of which underlying and transparent ensures the retention of the poster and the other covering and transparent ensures the protection of the latter.

5. Poster support according to claims 3 and 4, CHARACTERIZED BY THE

FACT THAT the above windows (llOa and llOb) of the ventral (100a) and dorsal (lOOb) frames are each delimited by three slides (111), two vertical sides and a horizontal top, shaped in the thickness of said frames (lOOa and lOOb ) and authorizing the sliding from bottom to top (arrow A) and vice versa posters and its support and protection plates (120) retained on the frames (100a and 100b) by removable wedging means (131 and 121) arranged in the lower part of said frames (100a and 100b) and the above said support plates (120).

6. Poster support according to claim 4, CHARACTERIZED BY THE FACT

THAT the interior of the frames (100a and 100b) includes reinforcement jigs (140) of ellipsoidal shape making it possible to consolidate the structure of the latter and to give the abovementioned plates (120) and the posters, a configuration curved outwards .

7. Poster support according to any one of claims 1 to 6,

CHARACTERIZED BY THE FACT that it includes an internal lighting of the posters by means of a light source (300) distributed over the height and the width of the back frame (100b) so as to ensure, through the plates of underlying support (120) shaped for this purpose in a transparent material, the simultaneous lighting of the two posters at the front and at the rear of the panel (100).

8. Poster support according to any one of claims 1 to 7,

CHARACTERIZED BY THE FACT that it includes an internal lighting of the panel (100) composed of flashing lamps (400) distributed externally and horizontally at the level of the slides (111) on the upper part of the aforesaid ventral (100a) and dorsal (100b) frames .

9. Poster support according to any one of claims 1 to 8,

CHARACTERIZED BY THE FACT THAT it includes a sound diffuser by means of small speakers (500) arranged laterally on the panel (100).

10. Poster support according to claims 7, 8 and 9, CHARACTERIZED BY THE

FACT THAT the power supply of the internal (300) and external (400) lights, the sound diffuser (500) and other accessories (600) is provided independently by an accumulator stored in a compartment (150) accessible by a removable and fitted bottom in the lower part of the panel (100).
