Abstract

The invention relates to a foldable panel 10 sliding along an upper high upright 1h which itself slides between two slideways 7 held vertical on a base 2 connected by hinges 4 to a footrest 3, a leaf (support) 5 blocking the base of the device maintaining balance. The sliding element 8 holding the two panels is provided with means for holding 26 and supporting a removable additional panel 17. The upright 1 is provided with means 17 to which may be pivotably connected, around its vertical axis, the leg 19 of a foldable sitting surface 20 at the back of the upright 1b supporting an articulated foldable seat 20-2. The element of the seat may be independent of the device holding the panel. A handling means makes it possible to transport the device and to lean thereon like a supporting walking stick, the base forming, in the folded position, a comfortable support leg. Its displacement makes it possible for it to be used in all vehicles in the passenger compartments, sports grounds, journalism, leisure pursuits, artists, producers, living rooms, etc..

Description

 The present application relates to a small folding table, removable and transportable with means for holding an additional seat for multipurpose use; vehicles, leisure sports.

 I1 is known from patent No. 8208760 of the present applicant, an assembly with base and footrest both an amount slidingly receiving a folding shelf, usable in particular as a shelf for vehicles.

 The object of the present invention is to provide improvements to this assembly in order to increase the possibilities of use.

 The amount according to a first characteristic consists of two sliding parts one inside the other.

 The folding shelf itself being slidably mounted on the upper element of the upright, thus making it possible to adjust the height. the amount and adapt its size to the volume available in particular in a vehicle, for example between dashboard and forward seat or even between the reclining back of the front seat and career seat.

 The shelf can in any case be positioned in the upper part of the top element of the upright.

 According to other characteristics, the top element of the upright is provided in the upper part with a handling handle such that the folded device acts as a support rod, the base forming a comfortable foot.

 The sliding element on the upper upright, on which the folding shelf is articulated, is provided as an initial patent with a cell or an orifice for holding a cup and allowing a telephone to be left there leaving the main shelf available.

 The amount is provided on the other hand demo, ens. to which can be pivotally connected around its vertical axis, the foot of a seating surface itself foldable around said foot thus forming an easily transportable table and seat assembly of reduced bulk when the seat is folded back of the upright.

 With reference to these drawings, the device consists of an upright (1) fixed on a base (2) itself connected by hinges (4) to an articulated footrest (3), these two elements being locked in the deployed position by a locking pull (S) (Fig. 4).

 The upright in two parts has a lower part (1) integral with the base (2) and formed of two slides (6) vis-à-vis in which slides the upper part (1 E) (Fig.l).

 The shelf itself being sliding (8-10) which makes it possible to be able to adjust the height of the upright and thus adapt its size to the available volume (7-8-14-15-26) (Fig. 1).

 The sliding element (8) holding the folding table is provided with the opposite side of the upright (1) holding means (11) of a second removable shelf (13) articulated by hinge (22) on a hooking plate (12 ) (Fig. 3).

 The upright (1-1 b) is provided with means (17) such as hinges to which can be beech pivotally connected about a vertical axis by couplable hinges secured to arms (18), the foot (19) of a seat surface (20) itself foldable along an upper horizontal axis (21), thus forming a table and seat assembly (10-20) (Fig.4) with removable seat.

 On the upright (1 h) two cutouts are provided with locking means in position (26).

 The slide comprises an axis (9) making it possible to fold the shelf (10) onto the square means for abutment (9). This shelf may include, laterally, articulated around a hinge (23) an additional panel (10).

 The height of the upright is adjusted by extending the upper upright (1 h) in the rails (6) of the upright 1 b) then blocking by fitting a retractable stop element (14) integral with the upright ( 1 b) in one of the notches (15) provided on the height of the upright (1 h) (Fig. 4).

 The seat (20) is foldable on a hinge (21) at the top of the seat post (19) (Fig.5).

 The upright (1 h) is provided in the upper part with a cutout (16) for handling the folded assembly, thus forming a support rod, the base forming a comfortable foot.

 The mode of use of the device in the rear seats of the vehicle: is permitted by the use of the additional shelf (3) positioned above the knees of the second rear passenger.

 Thanks to its folding mode, the device is thus easily usable: in vehicles, for sport, leisure, journalism commenting in writing and telephony - sport, thus avoiding the deterioration of the grandstand and the stands of a stadium by installation of fixed equipment.

Claims  1) Small folding and transportable table usable in vehicles and on sports or leisure places of the type comprising an upright connected to a base with footrest and on which slides a holding element of a folding shelf characterized in that the amount is achievable in two parts.  An upper upright (1 h) itself sliding between two slides (6) of a lower upright (1 b) fixed on the base and in that the holding element (8) of the shelf slides along two cutouts (7) on the upper upright (14) and in that the upper upright (1 h) is provided with a handling handle so that the folded device serves as a support rod, the base forming a comfortable foot.  2) Small table according to claim 1, characterized in that the upright (1) is provided with hinges (17) on which can be pivotally connected about a vertical axis by couplable hinges and arms (18) the foot a seat surface (20) which is itself foldable. The seat itself being foldable by a hinge (21) and is folded over the rear of the device thus forming a table and seat assembly.  3) Small table according to claim 1, characterized in that the sliding element holding the shelf (10) is provided on the opposite side of the amount of the holding means (11) of a second removable shelf (13) articulated by hinge (22 ) on a hooking plate (12).  4) Small table according to claim 1, characterized in that the upright (1 b) is provided with a retractable stop element (14) intended to be received in one of the notches (15) provided on the height of the upright (1 h) to adjust the extension of the upright (1)
