Abstract

The invention relates to a device fixed onto phials allowing the tips 2 which are broken upon use to be recovered, and to be removed away from 4 of the emptying hole 5. Description

 The present invention relates to a device on ampoules containing a liquid, to recover broken tips in use and keep them away from the drain orifice.

 In patent N 86 / 1687Q by the same authors, a device has been proposed which automatically and instantly recovers and removes the spikes when they are broken. I1 ruled that the too high price of the elastic material, the bonding and the tensioning could prevent the application of the invention.

 The present invention aims to remedy drawbacks by the use of a rigid material: light metal, plastic, cardboard or another suitable material. It relates to a device on hens containing a licuide, to recover broken tips in use and keep them away from the drain opening.
