Abstract

Synchronisation device for a gearbox, comprising: - a sliding shaft 2 having a splined hub 6 which interacts with the splines 7 of a rotating shaft 1; - two rings 8 and 9 connected by spacers 3, each ring 8, 9 including a friction cone 10, 11 which interacts with the friction cone 12, 13 of the corresponding gear 14, 15, characterised in that the said rings 8, 9 interact with free guide pins 4 which are associated with the sliding shaft 2, the said guide pins 4 being guided in the radial direction in the said rings 8, 9 so as to have a centrifugal pick-up.
