Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device replacing the traditional bottlenecks of a trap, making it versatile for fishing for fish and for capturing various aquatic animals, muskrats and nutria.
Placed on the inclined sides of the pre-entry enclosure surmounting a bait box, the system allows the passage of fish and crustaceans, in a tank compartment, without the possibility of return, possible leaks being conditioned by the elements making up the structure of the whole: grid, mesh, perforated sheet etc
Traditional traps have one or more bottlenecks placed in the same direction or opposite depending on their destination. A fishhole gully must be flexible and extensible to allow an important passage. The fragility of its composition does not allow it to resist the dentition of nutria. Muskrats and nutria captured in the submerged trap quickly drown, the diameter of passage of the gullies concerning them is not suitable for retaining the fish. The object of the invention makes the basket versatile for the abovementioned fisheries and catches.
Une deuxième entrée 6 diffère de la première par ltobstruction totale du passage 7 au moyen du volet 8.DESCRIPTION: Inside a trap 1 of parallelepiped shape, a first entry 2 in the shape of a truncated pyramid on three sides, closes the lower part as well as the two sides, and leaves an apparent passage 3 of surface identical to that would leave a simple cynical bottleneck. A flap 4 articulated in its upper part, closed by gravity an additional passage-5 available on request (push). A second inlet 6 differs from the first by the total obstruction of the passage 7 by means of the flap 8.
Cette disposition du volet-obsturateur 13 sur pan incliné , permet la fermeture complète du passage 9 dans le cas où l'engin serait posé sur un fond en pente.OPERATION: If the size of the animal or fish is greater than passage 3, the shutter 4 in quasi-weightlessness, opens under the thrust (Fig. 2). After which, as in the case of a traditional bottleneck, the captive borrows the second passage 7 through which he believes he can escape. After passage, the flap 8 closes by gravity 11 opening 7, preventing the exit. An arrangement (Fig. 4 and 5) obstructing by gravity the entry windows 9 placed on the inclined sides of an enclosure 10 surmounting a bait bowl 11, allows passage without possible return, in a tank compartment 12, which can serve for shellfish fishing or certain species of fish. This arrangement of the shutter-shutter 13 on a tilted pan allows complete closure of the passage 9 in the event that the device is placed on a sloping bottom.
Figure 1 shows a succession of two entries with vertical shutters, it goes without saying that an inclined arrangement of said shutters is an integral part of the present application. The same goes for any realization resulting from a fusion between FIGS. 1 and 4.
The object of the invention in the form shown in Figure 4, meets a need: massive fishing, for destruction, of small catfish moving in tight formations that can reach several thousand individuals. (Catfish commonly called fish -cat, is a so-called harmful fish).
