Abstract
L'invention concerne un produit permettant de calibrer précisément les appareillages et méthodes de dosage employés en agroalimentaire. Il est constitué d'un lait lyophilisé en flacon brun hermétiquement fermé qui reprit par de l'eau ultra pure présente des caractéristiques analytiques connues pour un certain nombre de paramètres.
Description
La présente invention concerne un lait soumis à une lyophilisation pour lequel un certain nombre de paramètres chimiques ont été certifiés par des méthodes de dosages reconnues.
La calibration des appareils de dosage ou de mesure dans le domaine de l'analyse agroalimentaire s'effectue actuellement sur des pools standardisés, n'apportant qu'une valeur de contrôle approximative des résultats rendus autour d'une valeur moyenne. La constitution de ces pools est de plus consommatrice en main-d'oeuvre.
Le produit, selon l'invention, parmet de remédier à cet etat de fait.
Le lait est tout d'abord lyophilise puis les éléments susceptibles d'étre dosés par le professionnel font l'objet d'analyses sur différents appareillages de façon à définir pour chaque paramètre une valeur cible et une fourchette de tolérance (minima-maxima).
A titre d'exemple non limitatif, les paramètresx doses seront :

A des fins de mailleure conservation, le produit sera réparti en flacons bruns hermétiquement fermés ; sa reconstitution se fera à l'aide d'ampoules d'eau ultra pure fournie avec le calibrateur.
Les variantes de ce produit seront consituées par des calibrateurs contenant des ajoutes connus des diverses substances dosées.
Claims (6)
1) Produit de calibration pour dosages agroalimentaires caractérisé en ce qu'il s'agit d'un lait lyophilise.
2) Produit selon la revendicaiton 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il est fourni avec des valeurs précises pour les paramètres suivants :
Fer, Manganèse, Aluminium Zino, Cuivre, Mercure, Plomb, Etain, Cadnium,
Arsenic, Sélénium, Chrome, Nickel, Molybdene, Vanadium, Titane, Bore,
Cobalt, Lithium, Silicates, ammonium, carbonates, fluorures, cyanures, iodures, nitites, nitrates, phosphates, chlorures, sulfates, sodium, potassiu8m, calcium, magnesium, matières séches, matiéres grasses, protides, glucides, acidité, vitamines, acides aminés.
3) Produit selon les revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce que les dosages sont réalisés par les techniques suivantes (liste non limitative) :
Spectromètrie d'emission atomique,
Spectromètrie d'absorption atomique,
Chromatographie liquide ionique,
Kjeldahl,
Chromatographie en phase gazeuse,
Chromatographie liquide haute performance,
Spectrophotométrie.
4) Produit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que conditionné en flacon en verre brun hermétiquement fermé.
5) Produit salon la revendicaiton 4 caractérisé en ce que fourni avec de l'eau ultra pure en ampoule pour sa reconstitution.
6) Produit selon l'un4e quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que présentant des possibilités de variantes par ajouts connu d'une ou plusieure substances à doser.
