Abstract

The invention relates to a device making it possible to transfer measurements onto a construction. It consists of a flat support (1) and a cursor (4). The support (1) comprises a rule (3) at its end. The cursor comprises a projection (5). The measurement to be transferred is manifested by the projection (5) and the end (3) of the rule (1), is obtained either directly by using the scales (2) and (7) or by placing the measurement instrument between the stop (5) and the rule (3). The measurement is transferred with the projection (5) of the cursor (4) abutting against the edge of the construction by drawing (scribing) a line along the rule (3) with the tracing instrument (scriber). A mechanism (6) immobilises the cursor during the transfer of the measurement. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for transferring measurements onto a construction.
