Abstract

The collar (2) comprises an inward protruding section (4) and it is provided with means of fixing the cover (5) along the internal edge of the collar (2) by a sealing strip (7) in such a way as to define a non-fixed zone forming the internal tongue (8) extending over the protruding section (4) of the collar (2).
