Abstract

The subject of the invention is a method for producing personalised heel pieces in relief for car floor mats. This method is characterised in that it consists in moulding the various parts of the pattern in a mould 1, the cavities of which are firstly filled with plastic of different appearances 3, separated by a thin partition 2, then welded together by additional pouring 4. Whilst the heel piece is being released from the mould, inverted and fixed to the mat, it is then welded by high frequency at the separation lines defined by the partition 2, as well as by the peripheral cut defined by the peripheral partitioning 2'.
