Abstract

Quick-unloading large-capacity collecting container mounted on board any type of trailer for blown materials. The container, made up of a framework of tubes and angle irons covered by a tarpaulin, has its opening rear face produced with a filtering fabric or grid work. Its floor can move and it is covered by an apron which rises up along the front face as far as the air inlet nozzle where it is suspended from two booms. A cord, attached to the apron, allows it to be extracted along with the material which has been received, the material falls to the ground, the floor slides backwards when the traction is greater. The container and its unloading system, manufactured in kit form, may be installed on a trailer towed by a self-supported lawnmower, by a device for sucking up dust, or leaves, or the like, and makes it possible to have a significant capacity which does not belong specifically to the tractor or to the trailer, and is therefore less costly.

The present invention relates to a collector for suction and blown master which has the form of a container. It has a rapid unloading system which does not require tilting. Currently the grass collectors towed or loaded on a domestic self-propelled lawn mower have a limited capacity which required numerous trips to unload them and results in loss of time and overconsumption of petrol. In addition, these collectors are personalized on the tractor and therefore expensive to purchase or renew.

 The existing large capacity quick discharge collectors are used in the industrial field. They are personalized on the tractor or trailer and their unloading mechanism is expensive. Any owner of a tractor or micro-tractor for mowing lawns often has a trailer or platform, so he can take on a non-personalized container to the tractor or trailer. The purchase of the latter is therefore less expensive in the event of renewal. Domestic tipping trailers do not tilt enough vertically to evacuate the vegetation, the latter slips with difficulty and it must be cleared with a fork.

The rapid-discharge collecting container consists of two main elements which characterize the invention;
- An envelope, called a container, characterized by its adaptation to the collection of materials blown by an air flow and by the possibility of being loaded on all types of trailer.

The rear face of the container is a feature of the invention. It must allow the air flow to pass and retain the material, it is flat, it consists of one or more frames enclosing a fabric or a mesh with fine mesh, it must be opening with 1 or 2 leaves on the sides or well from top to bottom, or better the frame is raised and folded over the upper horizontal face. The upper horizontal face will be a tarpaulin that can easily be lifted on a corner for grass collectors to load bundles of grass or wet leaves. The front face will be pierced at its upper part for the passage of the air intake nozzle.

The side faces will be fixed tarpaulins. The assembly will be supported by a framework of connected metal tubes and angles, easily removable which characterizes the invention.

 A rapid unloading system which consists of a movable floor which characterizes the invention. This floor can slide from the front towards the finish on the lower angles of the frame.

 A flexible apron which characterizes the invention is fixed to the rear of the floor and over its entire width, it covers the entire length of the floor and runs along the front face up to the height of the air inlet nozzle. The attachment of the free end of the tabiler at the height of the nozzle is a characteristic of the invention.

On this end are fixed two rings on either side of the nozzle which are threaded on two rods inclined from top to bottom forward forming ramps, these two rods are fixed on the horizontal angle which supports the nozzle.

 A cord fixed in the middle of the free end of the apron characterizes the invention, it has a length greater than that of the container.

 Its free end is suspended from a hook which is attached to the right vertical rear tube of the frame within easy reach.

The operation consists in stopping the tractor, opening the rear face, unhooking the free end of the rope, pulling the rope to unhook the apron from the ramps, pulling again to extract the apron backwards with all the material it will have received.

If the material is heavy, the free end of the rope is attached to a stake planted in the ground, the tractor is advanced, the deck unhooks and leaves the container with the material collected. If the feed is too large, the floor slides back, leaving the material falling on the floor. The apron is pushed back with the floor (if it is out) in the container, it is hung, the free end of the rope also0 The rear side is closed and the container is again ready for a new collection.

 The collecting container and its rapid unloading system can be manufactured as a ready-to-assemble kit in one dimension.

 Hitched behind a self-propelled mower or a vacuum cleaner for leaves or dust or sawdust or seeds or cotton etc.

It can be used in the industrial or agricultural field.

The rapid unloading system can be applied directly to trailers without the container
The container and its unloading system can be made of steel in larger dimensions to receive gravity material to be transported and unloaded quickly, the material can be in bulk or preconditioned.
