Abstract

The hair-slide/comb system is comprised of a female element which has a generally curved body and one or a plurality of teeth (26) on two walls (28) substantially parallel and integrally dependent from said body (24). Each of said teeth is provided with a passage between the walls which are substantially coextensive and each of the paths is provided with an opening (44) situated in the body of said female element. Furthermore, the system is comprised of a male element which has a generally curved body (46) proportioned to the dimensions of the female element, wherein are attached one or a plurality of teeth (40) proportioned to be properly inserted inside the teeth of the female element. Each tooth of the male element is proportioned to exert a perfect pressure when the tooth slides inside the tooth of the female element. Said insertion causes the spacing of the walls of the teeth which come in contact with the walls of adjacent teeth by exerting between each other a certain pressure which allows to clamp the hair held between the teeth of the female element. Said hair-slide/comb system provides for an efficient holding of the hair or ornaments that it is susceptible of supporting in the hair.

Description

DESCRIPTION
La présente invention concerne un système de peignebarrette constitué de deux éléments, comprenant un élément femelle ayant un corps généralement courbe et une ou plusieurs dents parallèles, dépendant intégralement du dit corps. A l'intérieur de chaque dent il y a un chemin dont l'ouverture est située dans le dit corps. Le système inclus un élément mâle ayant un corps généralement proportionné en dimension à l'élément femelle et des dents, rattachées au dit corps, qui sont prévues pour une correcte insertion entre les dents de l'élément femelle afin de provoquer une légère déformation latérale de celles-ci.DESCRIPTION

De plus, au niveau de la tête de la dent (26) il y a une portion amincie (32) qui facilite la déformation des parois. A l'intérieur des dites parois (28 et 30) il y a des rails, (respectivement 34 et 36 Fig.2), qui sont proportionnés pour un complémentaire engagement de la gorge (38) de la dent (40) de l'élément mâle (22).Comme il peut être noté, les dites parois (28 et 30) des dents (26) délimitent un chemin dont l'ouverture (42) débute dans le corps (24) de l'élément femelle (20). Au commencement de ce chemin les parois ont un renflement. La dite ouverture (42) permet l'insertion des dents (40) de l'élément mâle. Claims

THE REVENDICATIONS

1. Bar comb device characterized in that it comprises two elements; a female element (20) having a generally curved body and one or more parallel teeth dependent on the body, each of which is formed by two walls attached to their ends. These teeth (26) have an internal path whose opening is located in the body of said female element. A male element (22) having a curved body generally proportional in size to the body of the female element, further having one or more teeth (40) proportioned for a deformation effect by being inserted between the teeth of the female element .

2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the penetration of the male element causes the separation of the walls of the teeth of the female element, which then come into contact with the walls of the adjacent teeth.

3. Device according to claim 2, characterized in that the teeth of the female element, when they are in the separated position, exert pressure on the hair which is caught between said teeth (26).

4. Device according to claim 2, characterized in that the male teeth and the female teeth have a guide system such as a rail (34) and a groove (38).

5. Device according to claim 3, characterized in that the pressure exerted on the hair retains a certain flexibility thanks to the elasticity of the walls of the teeth of the female element.
