Sa caractéristique essentielle étant la constitution d'une calandre unique de dimension préétablie nécessaire à la puissance adoptée telle que (SOOW, 750W, 1QOOW etc...) ces éléments chauffants de puissances et de dimensions différentes ne sont pas raccordables entre- ux. L'échangeur unique a plusieurs tubes est pose dans la calandre dans les mêmes conditions que les échangeurs å ailettes rapportées raccordables entre-eux.
