Abstract

Suction apparatus for collecting the residues from an espresso coffee machine, characterised essentially by a residual coffee receptacle 1 whose front has a spout 2 to which the arm 11 which carries the filter of a coffee machine can be fitted; which receptacle 1 is surmounted by a separable part 4 on which is a vacuum suction unit 6 with an on-off button 8 on the housing of the apparatus comprising a filter element at the join 3 allowing separation of the two parts which separate the residual coffee sucked by the air.
