Abstract

Experience has shown, after setting the first prototypes in operation, that it was necessary to: simplify the locking of the door; reduce the volume of the basket; construct the tank in modules of 2 metres; free the upper grid of the basket; unload the basket by rotation; seal the suction intake and circulation of liquids; retain the basket on its rails; go fairly far afield to seek fermentable matter, by virtue of a pallet truck; reduce the cost price.

du brevet 79-21421 :
A - Verrouillage (planche 1) par vites et écrous traités commandés par un
