Abstract

L'INVENTION CONCERNE UN DISPOSITIF CARACTERISE PAR L'UTILISATION D'UNE LAME PRESENTANT DES ONDULATIONS ET CONSTITUANT UN RESSORT, INCLUSE DANS UNE PIECE EN V DESTINEE A LA MAINTENIR ET A TRANSMETTRE LES EFFORTS.

Description

La presente invention concerne des semelles élastiques essentiellement destinées à des articles "sport-détente".
Les dispositifs connus utilisent soit des ressorts à boudin ou des bilames, soit des matières possèdant des propriétés élastiques ( mousses ), soit des fluides enfermés dans une ou plusieurs cavités.
Ces dispositifs présentent tous au moins l'un des inconvénients suivants: volumineux et conduisant a une semelle relativement épaisse; absorbant de l'énergie à l'impact mais en restituant peu ensuite; exerçant des efforts qui tendent à se localiser plutat pour s'opposer à la marche que pour l'aider.
Le dispositif suivant la présente invention est d'un faible encombrement et présente une élasticité presque pure.
Il comporte une lame d'un matériau utilisé pour les ressorts; cette lame, préférablement d'épaisseur uniforme pour 8trie obtenue Par découpage, peut présenter, dans sa vue en plan, différentes formes telles que: rectangulaire, anneau, spirale; elle présente, dans le sens de son épaisseur, des ondulations assurant des contacts successifs en haut et en bas; cette lame, convenablement triitéss est un ressort dont les particularités sont d1être mince et de pouvoir Strie adapté à la géomètrie de la pièce dans laquelle il vient s'insèrer.
Outre cette lame, le dispositif comprend une pièce en V à l'intérieur de laquelle la lame vient s1insèrer; cette pièce est articulée, par exemple par déformation du matériau la constituant à la pointe du V.
La lame et la pièce en V ont des formes leur permettant un maintien en place d'une partie de la leme, par exemple par un bossage de la pièce en V rentrant dans un trou prévu à oet effet dans la lame.
La limitation de la course à la compression peut se faire par des bossages prévus à cet effet; la limitation à l'ouverture peut résulter de la construction de l'ensemble de la chaussure ou être incluse dans le dispositif, par exemple par des fils traversant les deux parties de la pièce en V.
Le dispositif peut intéresser l'ensemble de la semelle ou simplement sa partie arrière.
Le dispositif peut être monté définitivement ou 8trie amovible et interchangeable; il peut être monté en déformant l'article. chaussant, soit par íntérieurX soit par le talon, dont une partie remontante doit alors se rabattre pour le montage.
Le dessin représente une des réalisations possibles:
La lame 7 est insérée dans la pièce 2 en V; oelle-oi comporte un bossage 3 et des flancs 4 assurant le maintien et le guidage de la lame 1, laquelle est percée d'un trou correspondant au bossage3; la lame est réalisée dans un acier inoxydable et la pièce en V en rilsan.
L'ensemble est adapté à la semelle 5 qui comporte des membranes 6 permettant sa déformation.
Ce dispositif peut, en particulier, Strie monté sur les articles chaussants des gammes "sport-détente"; il apporte à la marche ou à la course une atténuation des chocs d'impact du pied sur le sol et restitue l'énergie ainsi accumulée au décollage du pied.

REVENDICATIONS
1 - Dispositif élastique inclus dans des semelles
caractérisé par l'utilisation d'une lame présentant des
ondulations successivement en contact de part et d'autre an - les parois entre lesquelles elle est placée, et oonstituant
un ressort entre ces parois.
2 - Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 caractéri-
par l'insertion dJ-cette lame t dans une pièce en V articulé
en son sommet, assurant son maintien en place par un bossage et un guidage 4, et la transmission des efforts.
