Abstract

Packaging for eggs with system for immobilising the eggs and detachable egg cups. The invention consists, in a packaging method for eggs, of a box with a top formed by cavities which can be used as individual egg cups and are easily detachable by pressure-rupturing a preliminary cutting-out, and the bottom of these egg cups comprises thin flexible plastic strips which are deformable for immobilising the eggs when the box is closed. In the case of a box comprising a volume of 20 eggs or more, the lid, composed of the same detachable egg cups, is clipped by immobilising studs connecting the two parts of the box by means of simple pressure.

Description

 The present invention relates to a packaging device for fresh eggs comprising a cover composed of detachable egg cups provided with a blocking system preventing the egg from oscillating in its cell during transport or handling.

 The composition of the case allows, depending on its formation, to avoid crushing the eggs under storage or shock pressure.

 The boxes are closed up to 18 eggs by hinge designed in plastic forming, the opposite part has a pressure connection side. For the boxes of more than 18 eggs the lids always provided in detachable egg cups are connected to the basic honeycomb base by clip locking.

 The boxes are composed of a base with load-bearing basic cells and designed to adapt to storage by stacking. The adjoining lid by hinge or fitted by clips has egg-shaped cells provided on the internal bottom with flexible plastic strips which flatten when closed and block the egg regardless of its size. These egg cups are detachable by a pre-cut made during forming, they are released by hand pressure or breaking by twisting the material.

The manufacture of these packages can be carried out in translucent or transparent crystal polypropylene film with mass color or natural tone. The forming process is designed on thermoforming on an impression mold. The chest finish has a semi-rigid external consistency

1) Egg packaging case characterized in that it comprises a  egg blocking device in the form of flexible plasti strips  ques whose imprint is designed by thermoforming allowing rete  limit the immobility of the eggs, ensuring transport and handling  without danger of breakage of the conditioned materials. 2) Box comprising pre-cut cells in thermoforming and ap  carrying egg cups that can be used individually by auto principle  detachable. 3) The device of the cap covers coming to be connected on the base  basic honeycomb for more than I8 eggs by clips designed with thermoforma  ge allows to present a translucent packaging without the addition of a  coating film.
