Abstract

The invention relates to a device for mechanically driving swing doors. It consists of a reduction motor mounted on the door and whose pulley 3 is engaged with a belt 2 stretched over a circular sector 1 fixed to the building. The belt is kept pressed onto the selector 1 by two rollers 4 fixed to the door. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for opening heavy doors or remotely controlled doors.

Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour mécaniser l'ou- verture des portes pivotantes
Cette mécanisation pose des problèmes lorsque - La place disponible pour mettre les mécanismes d'entrainement est trop faible ( retombée de linteau et écoinçons trop petits pour mettre un système à bielles ) - Le débattement angulaire est supèrieur à 900
Une solution connue est de monter sur la porte un groupe motoréducteur dont ltaxe de sortie vertical comporte un pignon engrenant sur une portion de couronne dentée fixee au plafond, et centrée sur l'axe de pivotement de la porte
La difficulté réside alors dans le fait qu'une couronne dentée, de grand diamètre est fort onéreuse, à fortiori s'il s'agit d'une denture intérieure
D'autre part une couronne, même en acier est peu rigide, et si iton adopte un secteur à denture extérieure pour augmenter la rigidité on a une pièce très lourde et difficile à mettre en place
La présente invention a pour but de fournir l'équivalent d'un secteur denté de façon peu couteuse . Pour cela on réalise dans un matériau léger, qui peut gtre par exemple du bois ou de l'aggloméré de bois pour des petites séries ou en d'autres materiaux selon les conditions économiques du problème, un secteur circulaire (1) dont l'angle au centre est fonction de l'angle d'ouverture de la porte et qui est centré sur l'axe de pivotement (5) de la porte
Sur ce secteur on fixe à chaque extrémité une courroie (2) qui peut être une simple courroie lisse dans le cas ob on a besoin d'un effort de maneuvre faible et on on voudrait faire jouer à la courroie également un role de limiteur d'effort, mais qui dans le cas le plus général sera une courroie crantée
Sur la porte se trouve le moto-réducteur avec dans le même plan que le secteur circulaire, son pignon d'entraienemnt (3) et deux galets presseurs(4)
Les 2 galets presseurs maintiennent la courroie plaquée contre le secteur circulaire
Si la réalisation est correcte la courroie est toujours tendue de la même façon quelque soit la position d'ouverture de la porte
Pour palier à d'eventuelles imperfections de montage ou de pivotement de la porte ( cas où on équipe de vieilles portes ) on peut envisager, au lieu d'avoir des galets presseurs à axes fixes par rapport à la porte, de monter ces galets sur des axes rappelés par ressorts
Le dispositif ainsi décrit permet de réaliser de façon relativement économique un dispositif d'entrainement pour portes qui offre les avantages suivants - Couple d'entrainement constant - Pas de réaction radiale sur les axes des portes, l'effort étant tangent au mouvement - Possibilité d'effort important ( suivant la nature de la courroie choisie ) en raison de l'arc d'enroulement de 1800 ou plus de la courroie sur le pignon moteur - Fonctionnement silencieux et propre par rapport à un engrenage droit qu'il faut graisser
Pour avoir un ralentissement à chaque fin de course de façon à obtenir une fermeture sans bruit et sans rebondissement on utilise un moteur électrique alimenté en courant continu à partir d'un coffret d'alimentation (6) placé à coté
Le potentiomètre commandant la vitesse de rotation du moteur est actionné par l'intermédiaire d'un pignon (7) fixé sur son axe de rotation . Ce pignon est entrainé par une crémaillère (8) laquelle comporte à son extrémité une roulette (9) prenant appui sur une came (10) fixée sur la partie inférieur du secteur
La partie inférieure du secteur est également un endroit commode pour fixer les autres élements du système tels que cames pour microcontacts de fin de course
