Abstract

Agricultural machine for loading, transporting and unrolling cylindrical bundles of straw or fodder. The invention relates to an agricultural machine making it possible to transport and to unroll in the direction of operation, single-handedly and without tiring or danger, a cylindrical bundle of straw or fodder. This machine consists of a chassis 15 supporting two lateral articulated arms 16 each equipped with a disc provided with spikes holding the bundle to be transported and unrolled. When this machine is used hitched to a tractor, the bundle is clamped between the two lateral arms 16 set in motion by a system of dual-action hydraulic jacks 11, controlled by a dual-action dispenser which unrolls the bundle by driving two discs with spikes 8, themselves driven by a mechanical transmission 12, 13. Once the machine has been unhooked from the tractor, it rests on adjustable props 14. This machine is particularly intended for handling bundles of straw or fodder of cylindrical shape.

Description

 The present invention relates to an agricultural machine for unwinding in the direction of travel the bundles of straw or cylindrical fodder in order to facilitate the distribution of straw or fodder harvested in cylindrical bundles.

The technical field of this invention is in the agricultural handling of straw and fodder.

 Usually these bales of straw and fodder are unrolled manually, which requires one or more people working in difficult conditions.

The unwinder of cylindrical bales of straw or fodder, once hitched on a conventional tractor and having (a rear PTO, fitted with a hydraulic circuit) Which allows to load, lift, transport and unroll the bales. What had not been achieved until now.

This work is done without fatigue and without getting off the tractor, other than to remove the strings.

Thanks to this decoiler, cylindrical boots can be used in places of use (stables, pigsties, horticultural greenhouses, etc.).

This unwinder loads, lifts and transports a cylindrical boot by a set of two lateral arms closing on the boot thanks to a system of double-acting hydraulic cylinders.

This unwinder unrolls the boot loaded by the rotary action of two pieces each placed at the end of the two batten arms and driven by a system of chains connected by transmission to cerdans then to a reducer which itself is driven by the taking of tractor force.

The boot unwinder consists of a movable part (16) comprising the parts (, 6,7,8).

Regarding the operation of the boot dispenser
Hitch the unwinder to the tractor by the hitch (1) Fig 1.

Connect the PTO of the unwinder to the PTO of the tractor (3).

Connect the hydraulic outlet of the unwinder to that of the tractor (2) Fig 1.

At this stage the boot unwinder is therefore mobile.

The handling of the double-acting hydraulic distributor (10) opens the arms (16) of the unwinder so as to grip the boot according to its size and brings the arms together so as to hold the boot.

The handling of the PTO (3) rotates the part (8) causing the unwinding of the boot.

The unrolling of the boot can be done when the tractor is stopped or while the tractor is moving.

The number of dairy cattle, beef cattle, sheep, goat and poultry farms increases both in number of workshops and in number of individuals per workshop.

Agricultural prices are falling.

In this situation, the straw botter and fodder unwinder reduces the production costs of the farms and limits the time of fatigue of the animal feeding work.

Claims (9)

1) Agricultural machine which coupled to a conventional tractor lifts, loads,  @transports and unrolls straw bales and round fodder  weighing more than 1 @ 0 Kg, characterized by a frame (15) from which  two lateral arms (16) are articulated by the action of the double-acting cylinders  (ii) allowing to lift, load and transport the round boot and because  characterized by the part (8) whose rotation driven by (12,13) allows  the unwinding of the boot. 2) @ agricultural machine according to claim carrectérisée by two movable arms  (5,6,7) actuated by two side double acting cylinders (11) which allow  the opening or closing of the two side arms and the entry  and maintaining the boot. 3) Agricultural machine according to claim 1 characterized by a reducer (13)  driving two lateral transmissions (12) driving themselves by  chains the part (8) ex4 - e on (5).
