Abstract

The invention relates to a needle for sampling juice from a fruit or a tuber. The needle consists of a tubular body 1 one end zone 2 of which is flattened, bevelled at 3, twisted through a quarter turn at 4 and sharpened, orifices for suction of juice 5, 6, 7, 8 being made in the tubular body in front of the flattened end zone 2 and in immediate proximity to this zone. Applications: sampling juice from a fruit or a tuber.
