Abstract

The invention relates to the field of bee-keeping and is noteworthy owing to the improvement in the treatment of honey, protecting the latter against non-emulsion. To this end, this invention encompasses the fundamental principles of dynamics applied to fluids. a. The honey is collected by means of a conical casing (plastic or any other known material), gathering the honey at the speed of removal of the honey frames, thus favouring non-emulsion of the honey as well as its flavour protection (diagram description); b. The adjustment of the tilt of the reversible baskets articulated in the same direction as that of the rotational movement favours the thrust of air on the discharge of the cropped honey directed towards the exterior of the conical shell: - diagram B: offsetting by means of cam, - diagram D1: offsetting by pulling via small chains, - diagram D2: offsetting by means of planet wheels, - diagram E1: offsetting by means of an aperture on basket and finger on hub system, with the aperture on disc integral with the hub 2 and finger on basket variant; - diagram E2: offsetting between the arm A in an aperture C on the conical shell C2-E2. All these offsetting operations enable the honey frames to be oriented in the same movement, thus favouring the thrust of air directing the discharge of honey. c. The method is noteworthy owing to the addition of a conical shell which is also applicable to any centrifuging apparatus (protective caps), to any rotary filter, but also any application where products are centrifuged to give protection against emulsion.

DEVICE FOR PROCESSING PRODUCTS IN GENERAL AVOIDING ITS
EMULSION AND MORE PARTICULARLY APPLIED TO THE TREATMENT
OF HONEY
This invention relates more specifically to the field of beekeeping but can be generalized each time it is desired to protect a product against the emulsion (blood, milk, sugar, fruit, etc.).
The problems encountered by each beekeeper when extracting honey from executives are currently: a. Crystallization of honey due to the mixing of the ait with the stopped honey
suddenly by the fixed wall of the extractor.

b. Cleaning problem after using the flowing honey

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
According to diagram A, the invention is remarkable for the conical envelope or the envelope with inclined sides (possibly of polygonal shape) driven in rotation with the extraction system (fixed basket allowing the frames to be arranged tangentially, baskets reversible as shown in diagram A or honeycomb frames placed on a shelf on the cages.

In a tank (1) is placed a system (2) provided with articulated baskets (3) along axis 3a allowing the extraction of honey from the tangential frames.

On the reversible system is mounted integrally a conical casing (4) large diameter at the base or inclined sides allowing the honey to be collected in rotation at the original speed.

The reversible system S can be located in a crazy cage on the drive shaft (8).

At the bottom, the cage is connected to a hub (5) via a spoke (6) or any other connecting means.

This means (6) can be made integral with the drive axis by means of a cam (7). Thus the cage is positively driven clockwise or vice versa clockwise with the axis in rotation.

It can be driven by a motor (8) placed on the side of the extractor or in the extension of the drive axis (1).

The invention is remarkable for the drive of the cage by the cam favoring a progressive drive without jolts and allowing a phase shift at start-up.

This cage can be either a system of tangential baskets articulated on 3a or a radial system or any other system making it possible to achieve a phase shift of the drive like that created by the cam and described below (FIG 4, 5, 6, 7 )
In these two reversible systems, we note the positive drive by the cam but also by the connections with the rotating baskets (FIG 4, 6, 5, 7) via chains (item 10) or springs or finger (3 ) or cleat (5) allowing the basket to tilt in the same direction of rotation of the cage.

The advantage of presenting the baskets inclined in the same direction as that of the rotation is very important (see FIG 2). We can notice according to the dynamics of the fluids that the air movements being created between the baskets favor a shortened and direct evacuation of the honey on the outside whereas on (FIG 3) we observe that the air currents oppose to the evacuation of honey (currently made in extractors) by pushing it back as indicated on the arrow towards the inside of the extractor then on the outside by taking a roundabout path therefore requires a high speed to overcome this inertia .

It is important in a reversible system to limit the diameters of so-called "extractor" devices without being penalized by the number of baskets driven in rotation.

In order to make the device more efficient we have interposed fins (1) (Fig 2) between each basket promoting air movements as well as the evacuation of honey on the conical envelope.

These fins protect each frame during rotation and prevent honey from being sprayed from one frame to another; this having a negative effect on the good evacuation of the honey from the frames.

It is important to underline that the evacuation of the honey will be favored by an inverted conical bottom (9) - (FIG 4)
The conical envelope (4) or any envelope with inclined sides (polygons) is connected to the hub (5) by means of the spoke (6).

The invention is remarkable by the creation of a conical envelope (4) open downwards as specified in diagram A which has the following functions: a. Collect honey at the same speed VO 2 as that of origin of the
VO 1 honey at the start of the frames during the extraction.

We can see that honey no longer stretches like a hair
very thin on the fixed wall of the extractor as he used to
to do this when extracting with tanks or casing
conical rotating.

However, there is still a relative speed difference VO 2 - VO 1 # O due to various mechanical effects
of friction of the molecules of honey on the conical envelope.

This is not detrimental to the quality of the honey which is above all
preserved by this conical shell.

 The honey thus retains its aroma because we avoid any enameling.

b. To promote the flow of honey down the device thanks
at the slope of the full envelope (any shape possible). The stream
of air produced by the rotating shelves and baskets will create a
swirl and will favor the downward directed extraction of honey
during the rotation of the device.

to this envelope.

d. Very fast, the honey will therefore flow continuously during the rota
tion of the device promoting the speed of evacuation thereof;
without the emulslon because honey flowing on honey.

e. The envelope can also be the support for honey frames during
extraction both in tangential and in reversible system or
than in radial.

f. This conical envelope can be generalized to centrifugation
honey so as to separate the honey from the wax in order to purify it,
centrifugation of the lids thus sorting the honey

It is interesting to combine a conical envelope whose diameter of the cone is larger at the bottom than at the top with a reversible basket system whose baskets would tilt in the same direction of rotation allowing a better extraction of the honey thus avoiding the emulsion and loss of honey's aoma as well as crystallization.

We have the possibility of tilting the baskets carrying the frames by a satellite pinion system described in Fig 5
These satellite gears coming to set up a cleat pushing the basket in order to drive the entire cage. On let Fig. 6, you will notice that the basket (1) has in its bottom a light allowing a finger to circulate freely and to create the phase shift at startup.

The finger will initially be driven in rotation by the hub (2), pushing the articulated basket (1) until the one takes its place tangentially thus promoting better evacuation of the honey.

According to lel (Fig 7) you will notice that the phase shift can be the consequence of the realization of a light C on the conical shell (2) allowing the arm A to achieve an angle alpha 1 or else alpha 2 indifferently driving the baskets in the clockwise or counterclockwise.

The invention of the conical casing, the diameter of which is larger at the bottom, is remarkable by the fact that, applied to a honey extraction system from the lids according to (Fig 9), it promotes the evacuation of unemultinated honey.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE IN THE CASE
OF A LID CENTRIFUGE
The lids fall on a rotating tank (1) (perforated shell
conical) large diameter downwards made of perforated stainless steel or
well made of perforated plastic or any other material promoting the effect
slip.

A deflector (3) mounted on the drive shaft propels the
lids on the perforated conical envelope (1). The ace lids
