Abstract

This corkscrew is only visible from the outside (artistic knob 1 or simplified design). Its spiral can have a diameter of from 1 to 1.5 cm and has a branch 9, one part 3 for air inlet and the other 2 for pouring the wine or liqueur etc. It is perforated at 5: the elimination of the cap 4c allows the perforation which (optional but effective) causes the cover 7 to come off, which preserves the wine from contact with the cork, for example: the claw 6 releases the ring 4c, the pivot 8 retains the cover which cannot close again as it is pushed back by the spiral.

Claims

CLAIMS 1) CORKSCREW, according to Figure 1, characterized by a SPIRAL 4 pierced at the ends (5) & split in two (2 & 3) at the height of the neck on which it remains fixed from bottling until the Consumer Table;

2) EIRE-BOUCHON, according to RevendicaZion 1, characterized by the fact that it remains invisible, being concealed by the cork or a special material, and can therefore have a spiral of a dia = considerable meter: going from 1/2 to 1 cm;

3) IRE-BOUCHON POURSEUR, according to Claims 1 & 2, caraco woven by a tubular branch at (9), one of the branches ensuring the passage of air (3), the other the passage of wine or liquor, etc .;

4) CORKSCREW TOWARDS F. UR, according to Claims 1, 2, 3, decanter cherished by a motif (1) with an aesthetic claim offering multiple variants: animal (dog, snake, monkey, etc.), historical (Statue of Liberty, President Lincoln, Churchill, ..), socialite (Mistinguett, La Pallova, Wagner, ..), etc etc..This mow tif (.1) reduced to an elementary graphics (oval, grecquet (t) require the participation of an artist for more commercial purposes & the pommel can adopt silver and gold.
