Abstract

5) Sortir la tresse (3) et la mettre en place sur la sortie axiale (5) ou latérale (6) du capot (2) et la souder
6) Surmouler l'ensemble de la sortie axiale (5) ou latérale (6) du capot au corps du connecteur (i).

Ce procédé est défini comme suit

3) On surmoule une première fois l'ensemble de matériau élastomère conducteur (11) tel qu'un élastomère fortement chargé en graphite ou un matériau injectable ayant les mêmes caractéristiques. Le surmoulage vient recouvrir la partie arrière du corps du connecteur(l) ainsi que le câble (4) (prévoir la sortie axiale (5) ou latérale (6).
