Abstract

The subject of the invention enables tobacco to be consumed pleasantly and hygienically. Description

 PIPE TYPE HYGIENIC SMOKING ARTICLE.

 Everyone is aware of the serious disorders that tobacco frequently causes in smokers, in particular cancers of the throat and lungs as well as significant stomach disorders. And these disadvantages reputed to be less for pipe smokers, although no proof has been brought of the slightest harmfulness of this accessory are no less serious.

 They mainly come from nicotine which is a poison in itself and from the tar of combustion which are carried by the smoke and condense in the respiratory tracts and are sometimes ingested.

 For this, the smoke extracted from the hearth is completely rid of its impurities by passing through a quantity of water which dissolves or condenses them, while retaining the desired flavor of the tobacco and even allowing the addition of accessory perfumes. according to the taste of the user, as obtained by cigarette smokers who use perfumed tobacco.

 As shown, the device which is the subject of the invention (fig.

1), according to one embodiment, comprises a furnace 1 in which the smoking tobacco is installed. This furnace is extended by the lower nozzle 2 and ends at its extreme lower part by a tube 3 which penetrates into the container 4 which contains water in which the tube 3 plunges.

The container 4 is closed at its neck by the lower part 5 of the body of the nozzle 2 which adapts tightly to said neck of the container 4.

 This lower part 5 of the nozzle 2 is also crossed by the tube 6 which, also plunging into the water contained in the container 4, opens into the atmosphere at 7, below the nozzle 2. And, symmetrically to this tube S, relative to the central tube 3, is the conduit 8 which opens at the top of the container 4, without reaching the water, its outer end 9 constituting the pipe of the pipe thus equipped.

 The system is completed by the filter washers 10, 11 and 12 which are installed parallel to each other in the nozzle 2 which they thus divide into three compartments below the furnace 1. The duct 8 can be of a different length depending on the mode of use of the system, just as it can be rigid or flexible.

 So that by means of this device, not only is the user completely rid of the harmful impurities of tobacco smoke, which are completely stopped by the filters 10, 11 and 12, then by the water, but also , it can either receive only the smell of tobacco, if it does not put any aroma in the bubbling water, or if it uses it, it can dose, by the operation of its finger on the outside orifice of the tube 6, the proportion he desires of tobacco odor and the aroma he has dissolved in water.

 The desired aroma can also be obtained by filling the empty spaces of the nozzle 2, between the filters 10, 11 and 12, with aromatic solid matter, so as to have constant aromatization of the fumes emitted.

 According to another embodiment, the assembly can affect the appearance of a conventional pipe, of any shape. In fact, according to FIG. 2, the refractory furnace 13 is removably placed (by any known means - by screwing for example) at the top of the body of the pipe in a sufficiently tight manner and so as to leave a room below it. 14 which may contain water in which the outlet channel 15 of the furnace 13 plunges.

 It will therefore be understood that, in this case also, the smoke from the combustion of tobacco in the oven 13 is washed and purified in the water of the chamber 14 which it passes through, leaving behind impurities, nicotine and tar, and it is optionally scented according to the taste of the user, who will have put flavored water in said chamber.

 Similarly, obturation with a finger of the outer orifice of the channel 18 will ensure the maximum emission of emanation from the combustion of tobacco in the furnace 13, while the release of this orifice will decrease the emanations from the tobacco and will increase the content of perfume carried by the air coming from the atmosphere through the channel 18 and the water of the chamber 14.

 Whatever the embodiment, one can add the shutter 19 which is placed on the furnace (1 or 13).  In addition, the maintenance of the assembly is made even easier than that of a normal pipe, since it suffices to empty the water contained in the chamber 14 or the vase 4, which can itself be easily cleaned. .

 It is understood that the scope of the invention is not limited to the example or examples which have been described, any variant, considered as equivalence, which cannot modify its scope.

 The invention can be used by smokers for the purpose of aging and prophylaxis.
