Abstract

The invention relates to a device which makes possible towing and transport of a boat without it being necessary to use a trailer during its movements on land. This invention makes it possible to render amphibious a boat designed for this purpose. It is constituted by the incorporation, at the time of moulding of the hull, of a rolling or landing gear, on tyres and shock absorbers, which is retractile as required, as well as a towing bar with a fixing ball, known as a drawbar, which is made of metal and is retractile as required and comprises a small front wheel for the requirements of support on three points. This device makes possible the automatic reconstitution of the stem and of the curve of the boat via a system of closing the housings necessary for the innovative apparatuses. It is intended for better use of a marine vehicle in its civil, sport or military aspects.

The present invention relates to an amphibious boat with
retractable and incorporated devices.

 The device object of this invention consists of elements embedded and incorporated in the cell of a boat, retractable or leaving at will and allowing, either normal seaworthiness, or, on land, handling, towing or transport of this boat .

 Usually these are land vehicles or ad riens that can be equipped or equipped to become amphibious.

 The new invention, implying an inventive step and capable of industrial application, consists in reversing this state of the art and 3 making an amphibious a marine vehicle so that it can be handled, towed or transported on land without any other help than the force necessary for these manipulations.

 The device according to the invention allows the pilot of the boat thus designed, to be able to be more free when getting out of the water and to avoid the use of a trailer.

These are:
a) A running gear or landing gear (9) which consists of: one or more hydraulic or mechanical cylinders, torsion bars, triangles, one or more drain pumps, coupling rods, elements of lifting, shock absorbers and other construction elements capable of being fitted according to the state of the art.

 c) A solid frame, serving as a longitudinal and lateral frame (9), forming an integral part of the boat, is placed during the molding of the hull at the level of the parts having to withstand the stresses inherent in the installation and the use of the undercarriage or drawbar.

 This chassis is designed and calculated in such a way that it avoids the hull thus equipped with new constraints during use on land.

 The boat thus fitted out with its chassis (9), its drawbar (5) and its running gear (1) can be fitted without distinction with an internal or external engine, with a propeller or a turbine or any other means of marine propulsion ( 133.

Claims (5)
