Abstract
Description
La présente invention concerne les appareils de redressage par sou -dure par points permettant de redresser les tôles enfoncees par un choc. The present invention relates to straightening devices by spot welding for straightening the plates pressed in by a shock.
Le redressage des tôles est traditionnellement effectué avec des marteaux et des tas , ce qui demande le démontage de la tôle endommagee, un savoir faire important et beaucoup de temps. Le redressage des tales se fait également à l'aide de deux appareils : l'un servant a souder des clous par resistance sur la tôle , l'autre tirer les clous soudes par une masse inertie , ce qui evite le demontage de la tôle mais demande du savoir faire et du temps pour changer d'appareil après chaque type d'operation t soudure I traction / soudure / traction ...)
L'appareil selon l'invention permet d'eviter ces inconvenients
L'ensemble comporte un piston , agissant sur une tige sur laquelle est vissé un mandrin caractérisé par sa triple action de soudure d'un rivet, de traction de ce rivet et de cassure du point de soudure par rotation
Ces trois opérations sont rendues possibles par le fait que le mandrin immobilise un rivet et que le matériau du mandrin est conducteur de l'énergie suffisante
Selon une première variante , la traction est faite par un moyen assiste ( traction électrique ou pneumatique )
Selon une deuxième variante , la traction est faite par un moyen non assisté ( traction mécanique )
Selon une première variante , la rotation est faite par un moyen non assisté une simple rotation de l'ensemble de l'appareil suffit casser le clou
Selon une deuxième variante , la rotation est faite par un moyen assiste ( electrique ou pneumatique )
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet , en agissant sur la comman -de du mandrin de souder un rivet t une tôle , de le tirer pour ramener la tôle , de casser la soudure du clou et de repeter ainsi l'ensemble des trois opérations jusqu'à ce que la t81e soit redressee , ceci avec un seul appareil , sans demonter la tale abimee , en un minimum de temps et avec un minimum de savoir faire

Le dispositif selon la figure l comporte un corps (I) , un piston (2) , une tige (3) sur laquelle est vissée un mandrin (4) composé d'un embout (5) recevant le rivet (12)et d'une molette (6) servant immobiliser le rivet et d'une barre d?arrivee électrique (7)
L'ensemble est monté sur un porte-outil (8) par l'intermédiaire d'une bague prisonnikre (9) assurant la rotation de l'ensemble de l'outil pour casser le point de soudure .Une poignée (10) vissée sur le corps (1) comporte un contact électrique (11) assurant le fonctionnement de l'appareil
La figure 3 représente la mise en place du rivet à souder dans le mandrin et son immobilisation par la molette
La figure 4 représente la mise en contact du rivet avec la tôle grace å l'action du piston sur la tige
La figure 5 représente la soudure du rivet sur la tôle ; l'énergie est conduite par le matériau du mandrin
La figure 6 représente la traction du rivet afin de redresser la tôle par effet inverse du piston
La figure 7 représente la cassure du point de soudure par rotation de l'ensemble de l'outil
L'appareil , objet de l'invention , peut être utilisé dans tous les cas où une tôle doit être redressée . I1 peut être utilise pour la répa -ration de tous les objets carrossés en tôle . Les applications les plus évidentes concernent les carrossiers automobiles ; la réparation de cer -tains éléments d'une voiture pouvant être traitee en 3 fois moins de temps et par une main d'oeuvre moins qualifiee Figure 2 shows another section of the device according to the invention -tion

The device, object of the invention, can be used in all cases where a sheet must be straightened. It can be used for the repair of all sheet metal bodywork. The most obvious applications relate to automobile body shops; the repair of certain elements of a car which can be treated in 3 times less time and by a less qualified workforce
