Abstract

Magnifying-glass device fixed at the free part of a spectacle sidearm or coupling element (sleeve). The invention relates to a magnifying glass fixed to or integral with the free part of a spectacle sidearm. It consists of a magnifying glass 1 made from glass or synthetic material, integral with or fixed to the coupling element (sleeve) or at the free end 2 of the spectacle sidearm 3 or coupling element (sleeve), depending on the various shapes of sidearms. The magnifying glass is housed, by means of the sidearm or of the coupling element (sleeve), in the groove of the ear against the temporal bone. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for avoiding the use of a hand-held magnifying glass for wearers of spectacles.
