Abstract

The invention relates to a method for spreading, by mixing, sand or other materials under the drive wheels of industrial vehicles in the event of inclement weather (snow, black ice). It consists of a barrel or cask, of a central spindle to which blades are screwed or of an Archimedes screw, of an electric motor which drives the spindle mounted on bearings, of a shutter controlled by a sheathed cable and of one or two spreaders allowing sand to be spread under the drive wheels.
