Abstract

Damp waste material is compressed in a compression worm (5) and comminuted by means of a rotor (17) which is arranged at the discharge end of the compression worm (5) and fitted with blades, and at the same time scattered over a combustion grill. The combustion improves and homogenises the comminution and the scattering; both can be controlled better.
