Abstract

a. L'invention a pour objet un procédé pour la production électrolytique d'hydrogène en milieu alcalin. b. Le procédé consiste à utiliser une cathode dont la surface active est constituée essentiellement d'un composé oxydé du type des spinelles. c. Le procédé convient notamment pour l'électrolyse de solutions aqueuses de chlorure de socium dans des cellules à diaphragme perméable.
