Abstract
L'invention concerne le traitement des eaux résiduelles. Le procédé faisant l'objet de l'invention est du type consistant à former une mousse des eaux usées en presence de substances tensio-actives et à la brûler ensuite, et est caractérisé en ce qu'on introduit dans les eaux usées un gaz combustible pour former une mousse combustible et qu'on y ajoute des substances tensio-actives pour transformer totalement les eaux usées en une mousse combustible. Dans l'installation pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé, la mousse combustible en provenance de l'appareil générateur de mousse passe par la colonne 3 pour arriver dans la chambre 4 où s'effectue sa combustion. L'invention peut être utilisée dans les industries chimique, pétrochimique, métallurgique, alimentaire, des médicaments et dans d'autres branches où il se forme des eaux usées toxiques et des déchets liquides.
