Abstract

Plaquette d'agglutination d'échantillons de sérum. La plaquette, de forme rectangulaire, comporte des alvéoles rangées en lignes et colonnes. Chaque alvéole 10 comporte une paroi latérale 11, 12, sensiblement cylindrique à axe vertical, et un fond concave 13, composé d'une partie annulaire 14 tronconique, et une partie centrale 15 en calotte sphérique, se raccordant sans discontinuité angulaire sur le tronc de cône 14. La pente de la partie 14 est sensiblement la pente limite de stabilité pour un sang normaL Si le facteur d'agglutination est déficient, les hématies sédimentent dans la calotte 15, formant une table dont le diamètre est fonction du facteur d'agglutination.
