Abstract

La présente invention concerne une peseuse-diviseuse volumétrique pour toute matière pâteuse, semi-liquide ou pulvérulente, notamment pour la pâte à pain. Cette poseuse-diviseuse qui comprend une trémie étanche de stockage sous pression de la pâte qui communique avec un distributeur rotatif constitué par un rotor tournant dans un carter cylindrique fixe entraîné par un moto-réducteur ledit carter comportant une ouverture pour l'évacuation des pâtons, est caractérisée par le fait que le rotor est creusé d'au moins un alésage diamétral contenant un piston à double effet dont le mouvement alternatif permet d'un côté l'admission d'une quantité déterminée de pâte et de l'autre l'éjection d'un pâton précédemment admis tandis que des moyens de réglage permettent de faire varier le volume des pâtons.
