Abstract

L'invention concerne un gazogène avec réchauffeur d'air de combustion à faisceau tubulaire, refroidisseur et laveur de gaz à contre courant et condenseur des gaz de combustion. Il est caractérisé par la combinaison : a. de deux réchauffeurs d'air tiède-refroidisseurs de gaz 4, 5 le plus près possible de l'entrée d'air et sous la grille du gazogène, dans un cas de soutirage de grand volume où se fait le dépôt des cendres, la disposition étant telle que les gaz atteignent 600 degrés réalisant la pyrolyse des dépôts, le fonds du sas étant constitué par un joint hydraulique à renouvellement d'eau et comprenant un dispositif noyant les cendres déposées à la surface de l'eau, et évacuant les cendres immergées; b. d'un échangeur réchauffeur d'air froid-refroidisseur de gaz déjà partiellement épuré; c. d'un laveur incorporant, à sa partie supérieure, le condenseur, celui-ci utilisant l'essentiel de la section du laveur. Application à l'alimentation de moteurs.
