Abstract

The maize harvester attachment for a tractor is one-piece assembly pivoting at the rear at two points either side of the axle (19) by means of a lengthwise member (8) fixed to a yoke (9) equipped with a spindle. The latter is secured to the flared axle tube by bolted flanges. The bosses (6), the collector mechanism and the elevator-conveyor are moved up and down by a truck on the front of the vehicle, and the bosses are retractable inside it.
