Abstract

The mixer-shredder has a revolving bowl supported on a pedestal (1) housing the motor. The motor shaft (3) extends into the bowl and drives a shredder (11). A grinding effect produced by a rotating surface (14) and a fixed surface (8). The shredder is a knife fixed on the motor shaft. The grinding effect is provided by forming one of the two working surfaces with serrations, grooves or holes.
