a. Procédé et installation pour refroidir des poussières ou des grains fins. b. L'installation comprend un réacteur 1 à lit 2 fluidisé de matières solides sous forme de poussières ou de grains fins. En dessous du réacteur 2 et communiquant avec celui-ci par un canal 8 se trouve un puits 9 de refroidissement dans lequel chemine vers le bas une charge 11 de matières solides constituée par le résidu de la réaction du réacteur. c. Transformation du charbon en hydrocarbures.
