Abstract

The apparatus has an elongated horizontal support frame, which rests on a platform on a vehicle. A pair of legs is provided at each end of the frame. The legs can be extended and retracted and each has a sole plate at one end, to bear on the ground. Each leg is connected to the frame so that it can be pivotted between a vertical working position and a sideways position. The legs can be locked in both these positions.
