THE PROCESS CONSISTS OF VAPORIZING VOLATILE COMPOUNDS, FOR EXAMPLE URANYL, HAVING AN INFRARED ABSORPTION SPECTRUM WITH ISOTOPIC DISPLACEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THE ELEMENT WHICH MUST BE SEPARATE, THEN IN IRRADIER THIS COMPOUND WITH AN INFRARED RADIATION BY PRE VIFER ABSORBATION. MOLECULAR OF THE MOLECULES OF THE COMPOUND CONTAINING A PREDETERMINED ISOTOPE OF THE SAID ELEMENT, SO THAT EXCITED MOLECULES OF THE COMPOUND ARE PRODUCED AND ENRICHED WITH THE MOLECULES OF THE COMPOUND CONTAINING A PREDETERMINED ISOTOPE OF THE SAID ELEMENT, SO AS TO ALLOW THE EXCITEMENT OF SEPARATION UNDER THESE CONDITIONS OF SEPARATION.
