Abstract

The filing of miscellaneous articles such as plans, photographs, sketches on cardboard, metal engravings, etc. is often difficult because such articles cannot easily be retained in a standard loose leaf file. This problem is solved by using a strip of cardboard or plastics with a self adhesive band along one edge. This strip has a row of perforations spaced to suit the retaining rings of the file. The plan, photograph etc. is fixed to the adhesive band and the article and strip can be fitted in the file without difficulty.
