Abstract
A self-regulating, automatic installation produces methane and is intended for use in common by gps of households or by individual establishments such as small holdings and farms. Prodn is effected by the controlled fermentation of organic matter of animal or vegetable origin in separate metal vessels. These are fed at the same time continuously and intermittently. The gas is produced without interruption at a pressure ensuring completely automatic working without electrical or mechanical control devices. Used to produce energy in the form of methane gas as it is required without having to store it in pressure vessels of various kinds. The unpleasant work is eliminated and the relatively large amt of equipment previously necessary is reduced considerably. The energy is stored in the form of organic matter and not as gas.
